Personal 'Get out of funk' list

Sometimes you just can't shake a funk- but here's a list of my weapons against the blahs:

1. Get some sleep
2. Eat some food
3. Take a shower, hot
4. Listen to music
5. Watch a show that makes you laugh
6. Play a game that engages your brain
7. Write stuff down; anything
8. Eat a tart/sour/hot candy
9. Write a poem / make some art
10. Watch a movie you love
11. Go on a walk, alone
12. Check the list!
